1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 77pnl Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. Creating multiple accounts, also known as "multi-accounting," is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings. 2.4 Verification Requirements

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited originate from legitimate sources and belong to you personally.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

In the event of promotion cancellation, we will honor obligations to users who participated in good faith before cancellation, but will not be liable for lost opportunities or anticipated future benefits.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users of the 77pnl Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to credit card fraud, identity theft, or money laundering
• Colluding with other players or using bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence to gain unfair advantages
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or games for personal gain
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code from the Platform or games

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other users or 77pnl staff
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code to the Platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Platform systems

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action. 77pnl cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities investigating criminal activities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the 77pnl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of 77pnl or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Warranties

The 77pnl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. 77pnl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Platform.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 77pnl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall 77pnl's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to 77pnl in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform (collectively, "Disputes"), you agree to first contact 77pnl customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We are committed to working in good faith to resolve disputes amicably and efficiently without the need for formal proceedings.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 77pnl.

11. Account Termination

77pnl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, prolonged account inactivity, or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or 77pnl's business interests.

Upon account termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you minus any applicable fees or charges, provided your account is in good standing and you have complied with all withdrawal verification requirements. 77pnl is not liable for any loss or damage arising from account termination.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions posted on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 77pnl regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

12.3 No Waiver

No waiver by 77pnl of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by 77pnl to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without 77pnl's prior written consent. 77pnl may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.

12.5 Force Majeure

77pnl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
